MatchVision is a football performance agency operating under the brand name MatchVision, accessible at matchvision.cz. We provide digital products, performance analysis services, and membership content for footballers and coaches.

Name and email address when purchasing a product or subscribing to our membership
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Performance data (GPS exports, match video) submitted for Individual Performance Analysis — used solely to deliver your report
Messages and enquiries sent to us via email or contact forms

Information collected automatically

Website usage data (pages visited, time on site) via analytics tools
IP address and browser/device type for security and performance monitoring

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver purchased products (Blueprint download, membership access, performance reports)

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Performance data (GPS files, video) submitted for analysis is stored only for the duration necessary to complete your report and is deleted within 60 days of delivery.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or Czech Republic, you have the following rights under GDPR:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link

    By purchasing any product or service from MatchVision, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
  

1. About MatchVision

MatchVision is a football performance agency providing digital products, individual performance analysis services, and membership content. We operate at matchvision.cz.

2. Products and Services

GPS Performance Blueprint (€29)

A digital guide delivered as a downloadable PDF. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. This is a one-time purchase. The Blueprint is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.

Individual Performance Analysis (€109)

A one-time service. After purchase, you will receive an onboarding form to submit your match video and GPS data. Your personalised report and training programme will be delivered within 5 working days of receiving your complete submission. This service includes one 1:1 online consultation.

MatchVision Membership (€17/month)

A recurring monthly subscription providing access to performance content, training protocols, and community resources. Your membership renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. MatchVision does not store your payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you authorise MatchVision to charge the stated amount to your payment method. For membership subscriptions, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

4. Refund Policy

Digital products (Blueprint)

Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at info@matchvision.cz within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Individual Performance Analysis

If you have purchased the Individual Analysis but not yet submitted your data, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once your submission has been received and work has begun, refunds are not available.

Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by MatchVision — including the Blueprint, reports, training programmes, and membership content — is the intellectual property of MatchVision. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish any of our content without prior written permission.

Performance reports and training programmes created for Individual Analysis clients are personalised for that client's use only.

6. Disclaimer

MatchVision provides performance education and analysis based on GPS data and video. Our content is informational and analytical in nature. We are not medical professionals and our services do not constitute medical advice.

Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes from the use of our products or services. All training recommendations should be considered alongside the guidance of qualified coaching staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
